How I work
I offer both telephone and face to face coaching. Our coaching sessions will give you an opportunity to explore and reflect upon the crux of the issue which has brought you to coaching. In between sessions, I'll give you questions or assignments to work on to help you progress with whatever issue you are seeking coaching on.
The cost of the coaching is £75 per session (50 minutes). I also have a certain number of places available at £55 per session for clients earning £35,000 or less. Separate rates for coaching packages for companies and public sector organisations apply - email me for more information.
I'll invoice you on a monthly basis for the sessions we agree to have each month - most clients opt to have two sessions a month. The cost of coaching includes unlimited email support between sessions.
You don't need to sign up for minimum number of sessions but clients find that it takes a minimum of 3 months to see and embed significant changes. I ask that clients mentally commit themselves to the coaching process over this period in order to experience significant change.
I offer both face to face coaching and telephone coaching. Telephone coaching is very focussed and effective and allows greater flexibility for when we can schedule our coaching sessions. It's also very useful if you live outside London or the UK. I see face-to-face clients at the Family Natural Health Centre, above Soup Dragon, Lordship Lane, East Dulwich, SE22 London and at my practice room in Central London near Warren Street.
In addition to one-to-one coaching, I also offer leadership development workshops and tailor made training within organisations.
